Kanija Daniel Named FCSAA Player of the Week for Third Time
Let's hear it for Kanija Daniel, 91ÖÆƬ³§, our DI Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the third time this season! In her lone game of the week, the sophomore guard from Carrollton, Georgia, helped 91ÖÆƬ³§ remain unbeaten with a 67-57 win over top-ranked and previously unbeaten Northwest Florida State. Kanija recorded 25 points, seven rebounds, two assists and three blocks in the win, shooting 42.9 percent (6-of-14) from the field, 50.0 percent (4-of-8) from three and 81.8 percent (9-of-11) from the free throw line. Way to go, Kanija!
