The 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Lady Indians plays the winner of Moberly and Eastern Arizona, Wednesday, April 21, at 5 p.m. CST in the NJCAA National Women’s Basketball Championship in Lubbock, TX.

91ÖÆÆ¬³§ defeated Gulf Coast, 55-45, to claim the FCSAA State Championship. State tournament MVP DeMyla Brown leads the Lady Indians into the national tourney with three other members of the state all-tournament team: Isadora Sousa, Jordan McLaughlin and Shimei Muhammad. 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ head coach Greg Franklin was named the FCSAA Coach of the Year.
The state title is 91ÖÆÆ¬³§â€™s seventh women’s hoops championship in school history. In his ninth season at 91ÖÆÆ¬³§, Coach Greg Franklin has accounted for 3 state championships with 2 second place finishes and a national title in 2015.
