91ÖÆƬ³§ Connects Students with Industry Leaders from Peaden
Chipola recently hosted representatives from Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical to meet with students in its Plumbing, HVAC/R and Electricity programs and discuss career opportunities in the skilled trades.
The visit provided students with industry insight, mentorship and information about employment and apprenticeship pathways. Participating representatives included Richard Schulz, Tony Whiddon, Joe Paraday, Mark Schneider and Alexis Rogers.
Scholarship funding is available through the Workforce Recovery Training Program (WRTP), part of the Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery initiative supporting recovery from Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Michael. Funding is available through September 2026 and may cover tuition, fees and career assistance.
