91ÖÆƬ³§ Basketball Players Visit Jackson County Early Childhood Programs
Student-athletes from the 91ÖÆƬ³§ basketball program recently visited Jackson County Early Childhood Programs, spending time with some of the county’s youngest learners to promote the importance of reading and education.
During the visit, 91ÖÆƬ³§ players read to students and interacted with the children, while also giving them a chance to see a few basketball skills up close. The players’ presence brought plenty of excitement and smiles throughout the classrooms. The event also featured fun appearances from Thing 1 and Thing 2, adding to the lively atmosphere.
“We’re grateful for opportunities like this to connect with the community and encourage young students to develop a love for reading,” said 91ÖÆƬ³§ head coach Donnie Tyndall.
