91ÖÆÆ¬³§ basketball hosts Northwest Florida State, Wednesday, Feb. 12, in the Johnson Center. Women tip off at 5:30 p.m., with the men at 7:30 p.m.
91ÖÆÆ¬³§â€™s final games of the regular season are Wednesday, Feb. 19, when then teams host Gulf Coast. Both 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ teams travel to Tallahassee on Feb. 8 and to Pensacola on Feb. 15.
The Lady Indians moved to 20-4 and 5-3 in the league with a 71-65 loss at Gulf Coast on Feb. 1.
91ÖÆÆ¬³§ scored an 84-79 win over Pensacola on Jan. 29. Rachel Johnson led 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ with 29 points. Kaitlyn Wilson had 19 points. Isadora Sousa had 18 points. Infunya Nwachukwu had 12 rebounds.
The women’s Panhandle Conference is knotted in a three-way tie for first as of Feb. 7. League standings are: Gulf Coast (5-3), 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ (5-3), Northwest (5-3), Tallahassee (3-5) and Pensacola (2-6).
The 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ men’s team moved to 16-8 and 4-4 in conference play with a 68-66 loss at Gulf Coast on Feb. 1. 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ scored a 70-56 win over Pensacola on Jan. 29. David Pierce led 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ with 15 points and 4 rebounds. Lat Mayen had 15 rebounds and 14 points. Christian Lorng had 13 rebounds and 14 points. The Indians scored an 80-72 Homecoming win over Tallahassee on Jan. 25.
